We are so happy we met one morning in 2008 while planning a fabulous birthday celebration for a friend. We had a great time working together, and the relationship just clicked. We quickly discovered shared passions and goals for our businesses and wanted to find a way to support and inspire each other to take them to the next level. So we decided, “Why not bring our passions together?” Details2Decor was born and became a collaboration inspired by Ethel Bonner, owner of Décor Plus, LLC, and Starr Hamilton, owner of Starr Treatment, LLC, creating a phenomenal partnership for 10 years.
With Starr managing the details and Ethel creating the décor, Details2Decor provides full-service event planning/management, floral design, and event design for social and corporate events with a mission to empower, entertain, and educate.
We always knew our mission as business partners would extend beyond event planning. As we continue to celebrate our 10-year milestone, we wanted to create a series of empowerment sessions to support and inspire women professionally and personally the way we inspired each other. We wanted to come up with a theme that would bring women together to share positive energy, solutions, abundance, and happiness. We agreed that fall would be a great time to kick off our series with a Fall Fireside Chat and feature some phenomenal game changers in the business and health industry who have made an impact in our community.

Cheryl L. Borland, of Counsel, Griesing Law. Cheryl serves as counsel for closely held companies and startups at every stage of their business journey.
Crystal Harrison, CEO/Founder, Just4Kids Learning Center. Crystal established two successful locations for the Just4Kids Learning Center providing daycare services for all ages: infants, toddlers, preschool, and school age.
Our moderator for the evening will be Dominique Francisco, director of community affairs, Office of Councilwoman Tamaya Dennard. Before working at City Hall, Dominique spent the past 5 years in nonprofit development, youth advocacy, and community engagement.
