One of my favorite new years activities is to spend time working on my yearly vision. My intentions for my life, my family, my work. This is a great tool that allows us to help unlock some thoughts or old habits through working with images and words, almost in a subconscious way- allowing us to SEE that all things are possible!

Materials for creating your vision board- glue, scissors, magazines, canvas or poster board to create on. Light snacks - food helps the creative juices flow!

We will start with a small meditation - 5 minutes to just get you here and in the space. 
Followed by hours of cutting and glueing, laughing, snacking and creating the biggest vision for your life this year. I encourage you to bring any item - a photo of yourself or your family or any special tools you'd like to see or have present on your board
