What is a Parfait beer?
-Parfait beers are created by combining one of tasty base sour beers with an extra helping of real, fresh fruit. The resulting beer is jam-packed with fruit flavor.

In addition to the Parfait beer on tap, we will also have a free build your own parfait bar. Ingredients to create your own parfait will include fresh fruit, oat, and gelato from Dojo Gelato Northside.
