The Taft Museum of Art invites Cincinnatians to ‘crash at their house’ and escape the hustle for a botanical happy hour and meditative bliss on Thursday, November 14, as part of the FREE ongoing monthly series, House Party.

Partnering this month with the Civic Garden Center of Greater Cincinnati, a nonprofit dedicated to building community through gardening, education, and environment stewardship, the museum has something for everyone including:

Guided mindful mediation in the galleries of the historic house as well as horticulturalist spotlight talks organized by the Civic Garden Center’s Young Professional Green Team, with unique insights on the special exhibition, The Poetry of Nature.

A hands-on art activity for all ages inspired by the springtime blooms on the Taft Museum of Art’s front lawn. Guests will learn how to make illuminating pink peonies.

Hot spiked apple cider to warm up guests accompanied by light bites and live music for the brisk autumn evening. Available for purchase.
