Come and celebrate the completion of the 1st Operation Comfy Chair Drop project with dinner, Live Band - Guitars For Vets, music, silent auction, presentations, raffle and of course the furniture fashion show! 

This event will showcase all the furniture that has been reupholstered and refinished by our Veterans that are or have dealt with PTSD, MST and/or homelessness in a unique fashion show. 

The Veteran students have completed classes that have taught them how to reupholster and refinish furniture. Through this grant project, powered by People's Liberty, grantee April Culbreath of A. D. Culbreath Designs has taught this class in over 14 classes. This project is intended at it's roots to help increase the self-esteem of the Veteran. It provides an artistic outlet, another way to serve, reduce stress, teach another skill, increase communication skills and provide a way for the community to connect with and understand the Veterans in a more inclusive way.

Chairs that have been reupholstered and refinished by our Veterans will be dropped (donated) to other organizations and shelters that help Veteran as part of the mission.

Operation Comfy Chair Drop hopes to provide a soft place to land for all dealing with PTSD, MST and/ or Homeless.
