The workshop will explore your relationship with food through movement (gentle yoga flow and stretching), meditation (guided and journaling), and fun mindful eating exercises (playing with our food). You’ll leaving feeling satiated and refreshed, with a better understanding of your food choices, plus a new mental framework and tools to enact the changes you’d like to make
Amanda Marko, owner of Smash Experiences, is a yoga instructor and a life-long stress eater who has tried every willpower, nutrition, and dieting trick to control the impulse to eat when stress levels were high. Ultimately, she found comfort and strength in mindful eating. The practice has changed her perspective on food – and helped her effortless maintain her ideal weight, lowered her stress, and made eating a joy.
