CAIR-Cincinnati Film Series: "And Then They Came For Us" @ West Chester AC

  • West Chester Activity Center (map)

The Council on American-Islamic Relations is built on the Constitutional right and freedom of all Americans to practice the religion of their choice. Every day we meet people who have faced discrimination and even violence for practicing their faith and just for being who they are. So we work hard every day to support freedom and justice for all Americans. None of this is possible, however without the foundation laid by the previous generations of ordinary people fighting for truth and justice in the face of prejudice, bigotry, and oppression.

CAIR-Cincinnati is hosting a film series which we hope will provide space for dialogue within the Muslim community and with our friends and allies. The Muslim community is diverse in terms of experience and background, and we hope that you will bring your insight and understanding to this project as we examine how the evolution of racism in the United States impacts the civil rights struggles of today.
